Ft. Worth, TX and Beaverton, OR – June 1, 2004 - Advanced Grower Solutions, a leading provider of web based Sales and Merchandising Services for the nursery and greenhouse industry, announced today it has acquired the Doane Software division from Doane LLC.
Doane Software, the Beaverton, Oregon based software developer, provides accounting, agricultural payroll, inventory and sales order management software solutions for farming, nursery and greenhouse growers. Since 1983, Doane’s Windows-based software has provided growers with solutions designed specifically for their businesses.
